Neil Gremmen
Neil is a partner at NL asset management and also Head of NL asset management. Neil has more than 20 years of experience with Dutch commercial real estate specializing in guiding foreign investors in the broadest sense of the word. From acquisition, strategic and commercial management during the holding period, to sale. In addition, ESG plays an important part in advising clients. During his career, Neil has been actively involved in, among other things, the repositioning of value add portfolios for various national and international clients, as well as in the asset and property management of core portfolios for institutional investors. Neil is together with Bart responsible for the day-to-day management of NL asset management, but Neil remains also actively involved in the day-to-day activities arising from the portfolio.
Bart Stolker
Bart is a partner at NL asset management and has been working as a Senior Asset Manager at NL asset management | Knight Frank since 2016. Bart has more than 15 years of relevant work experience in the Dutch real estate sector, specializing in asset & property management and letting. During his career, Bart has been responsible for a broad spectrum of commercial activities regarding various (re)development projects, renovations, repositioning, lease (re)negotiations and letting advice (both directly with the tenants and via the management of external brokers). Bart is also involved in investment issues from various clients. He has worked for national and international clients, such as institutional and private investors, local and national government agencies, and developers. Bart is together with Neil responsible for the day-to-day management of NL asset management, but Bart remains also actively involved in the day-to-day activities arising from the portfolio.
Sicco van Nes
Sicco is Senior Consultant Technical Management at NL asset management, bringing over a decade of property management expertise to the Dutch real estate market. His focus lies in property (re)development and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. In his pivotal role, Sicco oversees the technical aspects of property management operations, ensuring the seamless integration of technology for effective real estate management. As a leader, Sicco manages a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from supervising maintenance and engineering teams to implementing innovative solutions for enhanced property management efficiency and sustainability.
Vincent Semeijn
Vincent is Sustainability Lead at NL asset management, leveraging his expertise in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) consultancy to drive sustainable transformation across clients’ portfolios. With three years of experience managing BREEAM certification projects, carrying out Sustainability Due Diligence and developing net-zero carbon pathways for offices, logistics facilities, and hotels across the Benelux and Germany, Vincent has a proven track record in enhancing the environmental performance of real estate assets. In this role at NL Asset Management, Vincent is dedicated to embedding ESG principles into asset management strategies in collaboration with Knight Frank and local partners, ensuring sustainable value creation for clients. Additionally, together with NL Real Estate, he aims to position ESG into the core of pitches for all buying, selling, and leasing transactions. Finally, Vincent is responsible for NL asset management / NL real estate own ESG strategy within their own operations.
