NL asset management leases 1,200 sqm  of office space with associated parking out to Fintech in office building Zuiderhof II.

Zuiderhof II comprises a total of approximately 17,500 sqm of office space, spread over 10 floors. The building has a BREEAM 'Excellent' certificate and is in the process of obtaining a Well certification.

In addition, the landlord has committed to a large scale renovation of the ground floor, which will start the end of November. The renovated ground floor area will offer a wide range of shared facilities, such as a central lounge with manned reception, coffee bar, meeting facilities and personal gym that encourage collaboration and interaction.

DRS has supervised the transaction on behalf of NL asset management.
