Welcome to the team, Vincent!

Since February 1, Vincent has joined NL asset management & NL real estate as Sustainability Lead. He brings expertise in ESG consultancy, with experience in BREEAM certification, Sustainability Due Diligence, and net-zero carbon strategies for offices, logistics facilities, and hotels across the Benelux and Germany.

At NL asset management, he will integrate ESG principles into asset management strategies in collaboration with Knight Frank and local partners. With NL real estate, he will embed ESG into pitches for all transactions. Additionally, he will develop the internal ESG strategy for both companies.
