The Vondel portfolio in Amsterdam, comprising eight distinct office buildings in the Buitenveldert/Amsterdam area, is currently undergoing a comprehensive repositioning initiative. This strategic plan entails three key components: (1) implementing ESG enhancements, (2) revitalizing the aesthetic appeal through façade replacement, and (3) enhancing the overall tenant experience within each building. The Wamberg and Mensinge buildings are both part of the Vondel portfolio. We have welcomed new tenant Dubois & Co in the Wamberg building and DSC Facility in the Mensinge building.
