Newly built logistics facility in Echt

We’re expanding our management portfolio with a newly built logistics facility at Fahrenheitstraat 22A in Echt. We have acquired this property on behalf of Weesperplein 6 B.V., an entity of State Street Global Advisors, from the seller Weerts Group from Belgium.

The building spans approximately 6,500 m², includes 130 parking spaces, and has an A+++ energy label. It will soon receive a BREEAM-NL New Construction ‘Excellent’ certification. The property is fully leased to Volta NXT and Essent, making it a strong addition to our portfolio.
