Dutch office report 2023

The Dutch Office Report is out! In this report we present all trends and important developments in the Dutch office market in the cities  Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht.

Did you know that in Amsterdam most transactions took place  in the 200 - 1000 sqm range and that in The Hague the vacancy rate decreased substantially? In Rotterdam, users rented mainly in the city center, specifically around Central Station. And finally, in Utrecht, a total of 80,000 sqm of smaller rental deals were realized.
